Description
The building of this cathedral started in the 12th century.
Buried under it are remnants of the Gallo-roman times (when Ceasar conquered Gaul).
I thought a little bit of History never killed anyone..
On a sad note, the cathedral is constantly under repair so it's almost impossible to get a nice, scaffold-less picture.

I didn't notice the scaffolds until you mentioned them. See, you shouldn't mention it! *chuckle* But this is a lovely picture; my family had wanted to go to Paris, but with the way things cost these days, we might not make it. Very sad. But still a beautiful picture.
